Post tops made to suit your project

Choose your finish

The top of each post can be shaped to create a different look.

Options can include:

Pyramid top

A traditional, decorative finish which looks stylish in any environment.

Square top

A classic finish, traditional and structural.

Sloping top

Understated and practical. Slanted tops are especially affective for the addition of reflectors or arrows for waysignage.

Custom finishes

About Me and High Weald Timber

I’m Henry, the maker behind High Weald Timber.

I make wooden posts for driveways, signs and landscaping projects. All handmade by me and putting the natural character of solid oak to good use.

A product of nature

Naturally individual

Oak is a natural material, and part of its appeal is its variation.

Splits, cracks, waney edges, knots and slight bowing can all occur naturally within the timber. These are not necessarily faults, they are part of the character of real solid oak and help give every post its own appearance.

Rather than trying to make the posts look factory-perfect, I work with the timber to create a smooth, rustic finish that still feels natural.
