Wooden Post Rectangle Reflectors
Bright, tough reflectors suitable for posts, driveways, front gates, fences and entrances. These rectangular reflectors screw straight onto the face of a wooden post. They make driveways, entrances, gateways and the edges of tracks easy to spot at night. They catch car headlights from a good distance, so visitors and deliveries know exactly where to turn, and nobody clips a post in the dark.
At 4.5cm wide, they sit neatly on the face of my oak posts with a little wood showing either side.
Choose from two colours:
- White: for marking driveway edges, entrances and paths.
- Red: for marking the far side of an entrance, or anywhere you want a clear warning.
A popular setup is white on the left of a driveway and red on the right, just like road markers, so drivers can see both edges at a glance.
Why they work so well
- Honeycomb reflective pattern: the hexagonal design bounces light straight back to its source, so they show up clearly in headlights and stay visible in daylight too.
- Built for the outdoors: made from tough, hard-wearing plastic that’s waterproof and copes with frost, rain and strong summer sun without fading.
- Easy to keep clean: a quick wipe or a splash of water keeps them bright.

Fitting them
Hold the reflector where you want it, ideally near the top of the post at headlight height, and fix it with two screws. On oak, drilling small pilot holes first makes life easier and stops the wood splitting.
They’re handy elsewhere too: gateposts, fence posts, gates, letterboxes and garden walls.
